Our Story

HoR.jpg

Integrity, Craftsmanship,

& Peace of Mind

We are Harlee Bartlett and Randall Porch.  Our company was built on a simple principle: trust.  In over three decades of combined experience, we identified that people need help from someone they can trust in their homes.  Trust to respect the home and owner, trust to do quality work, and trust to charge a fair price.  Building strong relationships with customers is foundational to our success.

Our work is more than a job to us.  We are craftsmen.  We take pride in our work and find a job well done deeply rewarding.   Every job is an opportunity to learn, grow, and hone our craft.  Every customer deserves the best we can deliver.

We are honored to be chosen by our customers and trusted in their homes.

Harlee Bartlett, Co-Founder

Born with a wrench in one hand and a hammer in the other, Harlee grew up on a small farm in Martin County.  He gave up a lucrative future as an Abercrombie model and started working in the construction trades as a teenager, where he found his passion for interior craftsmanship.  For Harlee, the details are everything.

When he's not busy upgrading people's living spaces, Harlee prefers to spend his time outdoors with his son.

Isn't he pretty?

Randall Porch, Co-Founder

Randall grew up in Stuart.  In high school, he found his passion for working with his hands learning to repair and refinish boats and cars.  Since graduating from college, Randall has worked for nonprofits, in emergency medical services, and as a science and engineering teacher at Jensen Beach High School.  Never content to have just one job, Randall filled his time off working on homes all over the Treasure Coast, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Since 2023, Randall has volunteered his time building sets and props for the Jensen Beach High School Drama Department.  He has worked on Mary Poppins, Puffs, The Addams Family Musical, Romeo & Juliet, The Phantom of the Opera, Clue, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Randall spends his free time gardening and fishing with his son.
